Back in the kitchen and this time something a little more simple on the cooking front, but non the less as yummy scrumptious delicious…. Our friends over at The Wiltshire Deer Co. passed over two exceedingly hefty Venison Burgers for us to try…. It was a first for us so a little check on times each side and we go those bad boys on the pan for 4.5 min each side… Delicious is an understatement and they were rather good models to work with too….
